Sarah Jane Ramos just gave Cowboys’ fans another peek into their life! Sharing lovely family photos with Dak Prescott and their growing family, we can say it’s all about love. Prescott is currently getting ready for a 2025 comeback after a hamstring injury cut his 2024 season short. And Ramos is preparing for baby No. 2. Now, Ramos, Prescott’s fiancée, has shared a sweet Instagram post which is winning the hearts of the fans.
Captioning the carousel of images, Ramos wrote, “The good life.” And yeah, it’s exactly that. Ramos and Prescott are already parents to Mary Jane Rose (“MJ“), their leap day baby born on February 29, 2024. And now, with baby girl No. 2 on the way (due May 22, 2025), the Prescott household is all set to get even busier.
As this cute family post made rounds, comments from Cowboys’ Cheerleader Amanda Howard couldn’t be ignored. Howard jumped in with four simple words, calling her baby: “The cutest mini you.”

And we agree. MJ is already looking like her mom’s twin, as pointed out by Howard, who has been with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders since 2022. She made it to the squad after grinding her way through dance careers. Previously, she was with Sonoma State and the Golden State Warriors. She also starred in Netflix’s docuseries “America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders” that premiered on June 20, 2024. Besides cheerleading, she also uses her platform to advocate for breast cancer awareness, by sharing her own experiences while pushing others for self-exams.
And now, she’s hyping up Ramos, who is currently balancing life as a first-time mom, a soon-to-be mom of two, and the fiancée of the highest-paid player in NFL history, as Prescott had locked in a $240M deal in 2024.
Sarah Jane Ramos is thriving. As baby No. 2 is on the way, she has confirmed that her daughter will have her middle name, Rayne—a tribute to Prescott. And meanwhile, he will deal with back-to-back girl dad duties. But Prescott’s all in. Ramos told Sports Illustrated, “I can’t wait to watch Dak become a girl dad, part two. He’s perfect.” Dak Prescott himself has shared his views on fatherhood. “When you wake up in the morning and see that baby, you understand responsibilities and everything I’ve always wanted for myself. But to want that for somebody else even more? It’s special.”
Dak Prescott: NFL’s highest-paid player and soon-to-be dad of two—how’s he balancing it all?
On October 18, 2024, Prescott proposed on a golf course. MJ was in an onesie that read, “Hi Mommy, Daddy has a question for you!” With an emerald-cut diamond featuring trapezoid side stones, he sealed the deal with Sarah Jane. Prescott also made it official on Instagram, writing, “Mine Forever!!!! The Best Friend, Partner, Teammate, Mother, and Now Fiancé I could Ask or Pray for. Thank you God for this Blessing and Family! I Love you @sarahjane 4EVER!”
While Dak Prescott himself is preparing for his 2025 season comeback, the Prescott fam is stepping into a whole new chapter.
